4lbs loss for me, I'm stunned as I really haven't stuck to the plan very well because it's been a super-stressful week at work.

Wow, brilliant loss Jay, I never lose amounts like that no matter how hard I try, so well done you :j
ATT - overnight oats are prepared the night before (obvs!) so that the liquid soaks in, and are eaten cold I think. The baked oats can be done and eaten warm, or done in advance and eaten cold or reheated. I use this recipe but include grated carrot and cinnamon in mine: http://www.slimmingworld.co.uk/recipes/baked-oats.aspx

Well done to those of you with losses! I'm dreading WI in the morning :o

Thanks Tete, i'll give that whirl over the next week or so
Good luck with your WI, mine is a couple of days away but also dreading it as I've had a good week and know how I'll feel if it's another STS

Wiz - are you sure about only 6 syns for a cafe sandwich? Most sandwiches are nearer 13 or even more. Even if the bread is definitely wholemeal it will be an 800g loaf rather than 400g so more syns than 6; there will also probably be butter or spread of some sort and will the bacon have the fat removed and the egg not have any mayo on it? If the egg is egg mayo then the mayo will probably be full fat which is 5 syns a Tbs:eek:.

    Hi all, todays menu was..

B: bacon, two poached eggs, frylight toms, mushrooms and onions and some h3inz spag hoops - this was a very late breks (11.30) Hot lemon water

L: (4.30pm) HEB WM bread for sandwich with sliced beef and salad (peppers, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, onion, celery, radicchio and watercress) it was huge, had to press it down to eat, think sitting on a suitcase to close it :rotfl:had 0.5 Tbsp of houmous on the bread (1 syn) and French fries crisps with it (4syns)

    Snacks, NAS juice, coffee, water
HEA SS milk + more SS milk from syns (2.5)
    Total syns 7.5

D: not actually sure, its 8.35 now and can't say i'm that hungry and certainly can't be bothered to cook anything at this stage so may look for speed or free food snacks if I get peckish.

Really trying to stay lowish on the syns this week and change things a bit hence sarnie for lunch and a large style breks

I've still got the books and can look up for you. I know with potatoes it's 200g of new potatoes with skin on or a 250g jacket potato.

If you want any others just ask. I do Red & Green days sometimes although most of the time I do EE.

The other one I know off the top of my head is that you can't have Olive Oil any more for HEB it now has to be synned at 6 syns per Tbs!

The new EESP plan is fairly similar to Red days although you can't have carbs on it. It's also only really to be done for 1 or 2 weeks.

Thankyou so much for your help. I hate to be a nuisance but on a green day how much meat am I allowed also is it 1 A and 2 B choices. It's just I remember having the laughing cow triangles.
    Thanks again I appreciate it.

Hi Perth Lady, well done, that's a smashing loss, particularly if you're feeling like that. We all have weeks like that. What about making some mini quiche 'muffins' with bacon and speed in. Was reading this week about the SW quiche done in mug and microwave, not convinced how well it will work but will give it a go I think

I wonder whether any of you could help me. I attend SW after a few years "off" when I went before it was green and red days now it's all altered. Don't get me wrong I have lost weight on this new one but I loved the red and green days and found it so easy. Could anyone let me no where I could get the starter pack for the red and green days. I've tried everywhere e bay, even my local S W club but I can't find them anywhere. Is there anyone out there who could help me. Thankyou.

I'd keep watching eBay, you never know when something will become available.

I also have the books so feel free to ask for any information on here, someone will be able to help.

There's also a Facebook page dedicated to Red and Green days where you can get more information.
