Hi, I just had my first week and lost 3lb which i was pleased about until others in the group lost over half a stone!! I stuck to plan really well but stuggle with Veg - I dont like it unless its covered in cheese or gravy hence why i am overweight and i cant believe how much my food shopping has gone up! Any tips on snacks for Fri/Sat night?
breakie: heb - low fat spread (syn) on toast and an apple
lunch: ham salad with a handful of pasta and tblsp of tesco low fat mayo (syn) and an apple
dinner: beef stew
hea for milk in tea,
snacks / rest of sys: muller light, banana, options hot choc with light aerosol cream.

SW don't support Red and Green days anymore, although if you look on the website there is a 7 day Vegetarian menu which may be of help to you for Green days.

Thanks for your help but it's more things like I no your allowed potatoes on a red day and some meat on a green day. Just can't remember the quantities . Thanks though.0 -

I've still got the books and can look up for you. I know with potatoes it's 200g of new potatoes with skin on or a 250g jacket potato.
If you want any others just ask. I do Red & Green days sometimes although most of the time I do EE.
The other one I know off the top of my head is that you can't have Olive Oil any more for HEB it now has to be synned at 6 syns per Tbs!
The new EESP plan is fairly similar to Red days although you can't have carbs on it. It's also only really to be done for 1 or 2 weeks.

Reporting in at the end of week 3 with -2 lbs
I'm really struggling this week - feeling bored and fed up, missing snacking on things other than fruit!Starting SW Feb 2017 - Target to lose 4 STONE 8 LBS (64lbs)
12 weeks down (21/04/2017) - 19 lbs gone forever

They are 1.5 syns each but if you add butter you'll be using additonal syns!
