:T well done on your losses lois and msm.
Last week's gain could have been your anniversary and things catching up lois. It doesn't always show up immediately. I'll take a look at Countryfile on catch up.
I'd definitely argue that point with your employer lush, especially if the two of you affected do it together. It won't affect the MD in the same way as it's probably percentage wise a drop in the ocean compared to his salary but a big chunk of yours. That's not fair.
Talk of courgette recipes had me dreaming of my holidays in Turkey. We go here:

not to stay in the hotel but to use their restaurant and beach club. They do courgette 'fries' to die for, all crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Funnily enough I think runner beans are probably my favourite vegetable, closely followed by broad beans, cauliflower and mushrooms. To be honest I like almost all vegetables, sprouts being the exception._pale_
There's been some discussion in my newspaper lately about obesity and the 'resident' doctor wrote that he referred people to SW. Cross to read someone writing in today saying that SW encourages people to eat processed food! I don't think SW do themselves any favours with their love-in with Mullers but that really isn't fair comment. Only yesterday I was discussing with tete how to cook from scratch without it being too much work and recommending where to buy veg!
Feeling much better today and delighted to be able to enjoy my food again.
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold meat, fried veg and beetrootsalmon, new potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes and green stuff (broccoli, mange tout and asparagus)
Syns: none planned0 -

You can do SW with a lot of processed food, but it would be very expensive. I think it encourages you more to cook from scratch.
Before starting SW if I was doing Bolognese I would have used a jar of sauce. Now I do it totally from scratch.Zebras rock0 -

Well so far so good today, I had a bit of a blowout at the weekend (nothing new there) so want to keep syns to a minimum this week. i lost my first stone quite quickly but I've got 3.5 lbs left to shift to get my next half stone award and this is taking sooo much longer.
I finally caught up with the thread yesterday, there really are some great tips and fab losses and might i add what a lovely friendly bunch you all are.
I shall be giving the Hendos a try, now I know what it is, it sounds delish.
Meal plan for today
Breakfast - Fresh fruit Salad
Lunch - chicken salad, with HEA
Dinner - chicken breast, carrots, kale and brocolli, oxo roasties (mmm) and 2 syns for gravy
Snack - HM leek and potato soup.
I still need to find a HEB to eat, but not sure what to have (unless stuffing and Yorkshire pud suddenly become a HEB)....well a woman can but dream.Well Behaved women seldom make history

That is annoying, I don't think it does at all. If I had to name any weakness in the plan it doesn't really help with portion control, but overall I think it encourages healthy eating, cooking from scratch and it WORKS!
Maybe they picked up on the new ready meal range in Iceland and the controversy over porky lights and made an assumption.Well Behaved women seldom make history

1lb off this week please Shala.
I'm absolutely freezing today. I got myself into a bit of a funk and took a duvet day from work. It's a free council tax month so I won't feel it in my wage, but I'm cross with myself still.
I've eaten a slice of leftover roast beef and half a Singapore curry naked noodle pot today. No fat on the beef, so free, but no speed. I'll have to have a nutritious tea.0 -

It does say eat until full though. I think some people see unlimited and take it too literally. If you eat 1/3 speed, stay within syns and only until full, you'll lose weight.0 -

that's not far at all Top Girl
nice to know theres some locals
imagine my heartbreak when I discovered I have no more cooked chicken :O I had tuna and 10g grated cheese on my potato instead with red cabbage, baby plum tomatoes and cucumber.
I'm not one for cooking umpteen different meals at tea time but I found some heck chicken italia burgers in the freezer so I may quickly defrost them and have one with my heb roll and cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce instead of the 5 syn beef burgerI think the heck ones are only 1/2 syns?
just tucking in to a cup of tea (dash of milk from remaining hea) and a 2 finger kit kat (6) then I'm going to clean the rabbit out and scrub the kitchen...oh such a rock and roll life!************************************
