Thanks for the kind words everyone :grouphug: and i'm sorry that some of you are going through it too. We spend so much time at work and when it's an unhappy place it really affects the rest of our lives.

Shala - sorry to hear your work situation is getting to you, I think you mentioned redundancies a while back, are you at risk or don't you know yet?

It's ongoing to be honest, fortunately for us we've had half the department leave since the new year so they need the rest of us to stay (for now!)

Oohhh Maman, what I wouldn't do to be drinking cocktails by that pool right now!

Make that 3 of us!!! How hard is it to find a job working with half normal people, that's what I want to know lol.

Maybe we should set up our own company and all work together in harmony.. we could take it in turns to bring in the low syn snacks!:D

Take care Kathryn, are you on phased return? Don't push yourself too much, glad there are nice people around to help you x

I'll do a separate post for the chart as it's a bit of a big un!

Well done for losses, Msm, TG, orlao, shiprob and Lois. I’m joining you with -0.8lbs. Bit disappointed, but, hey ho, it’s still a loss.

    Hugs, lantanna.

WJN, we’re away for the weekend too, so I’ll need to be careful before then as well.

I love most root veg, even celeriac, but sprouts are my favourite (yes, I know that sounds like I think they’re root veg!).

You be careful of yourself, kathrynha.

    Mwm, I miss sandwiches too!

    P2TKL, try googling SW vouchers.

Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water & salt, fruit: clementine
Lunch: cauliflower & horseradish soup ([STRIKE]it had better be good - can’t remember who mentioned it now, sorry[/STRIKE]) It was ok, but I'd rather have my cauli as cauli! [STRIKE]yogurt [/STRIKE]clementine

It's similar to Worcestershire sauce, but from Yorkshire and therefore better than the southern stuff :)

 nicer  better  never
    (I'm from Worcestershire :P)
(technically not in the south.... Southerners wont have us either! lol)

Though all the talk of Yorkshire going on I went to uni in Leeds :) it's like my second home <3 , I have a trip planned for my boyfriends birthday, I think I'm more excited than he is! haha

    Today-
    B - Porridge (HE B & half of A)
L - spinach, onion, beans, and a veggie burger (4.5)
D - sausage and bean stew from the new book, I had mine with carrot and swede mash (2.5 syn for sausages)

S - a lot of strawberries and raspberries and an apple, a kalo rice cake (1.5), fruit-tella sugar free foam sweets 2 syns for 6 sweets (4), and something else.... I know I've had all my syns lol.

I'd almost class Top girl and Lush as southern being in South Leeds so you have no chance of convincing me Worcestershire isnt southern pixtotts ☺

    Today's plan :
    Breakfast -overnight oats
Lunch - ham and cottage cheese salad
    Dinner - jacket potato
    Snacks - fruit

    HA - milk
    HB - oats

Weigh in tonight after 2 weeks. Fingers crossed for a loss as I really want my 2 stone certificate.

Well I consider myself a Yorkshire Lass (though technically reside about 3 miles into Co. Durham) - I've spent half my life on those Moors. But I've never heard of Hendo's - I guess I must be too far north and L&P have a bigger marketing budget? Will look them up though and see if I can get my hands on some.

Thanks for your kind words Maman and Kathryn - everything you said I absolutely know, I was just in a bit of a Sunday slump I think. Had a decent day yesterday, even managing to factor in a lump of cheese into my HEA which made a change, and finished on 7.5 syns. So I'm feeling proud of myself today and resolved to keep it up for the week.

Those who were talking about weigh days - I picked Friday for that exact reason: weekend damage limitation!

Shala thanks so much for the chart and well done to all losers, esp MSM!

If we are starting our own nice company can I please come and work for you as apparently I don't sell myself well in interviews  I mean really, I think that's a plus point as it means I'm not an arrogant so and so who's full of hot air, but hey ho. Loves to all with work issues, let's all vent on here and not turn to the biscuit tin!

Right - it's Terrible Tuesday today, my v stressful work day, so I need to get on. Plan is:

B/early D - leftover Austrian Hash and a soft boiled egg
Snack - Melon, passion fruit, banana, FF Greek yog
T - Boiled spuds and Quorn chilli - maybe with a smidge of grated cheese
HEA - Milk and poss cheese
    HEB - ??
Syns - Sugar in coffee, possibly cheese dep on how much milk I use, Options hot choc (2) TOTAL = under 15 :D

PS - Maman I forgot to mention the newspaper article and letter! I totally agree, SW is the healthiest eating plan I know of - all it does is give you a framework for a balanced diet. I hardly eat anything processed any more. I think you need to write in with a counter-argument!
