Contractum Debt Collection??
Comments

Well this is a debt chasing outfit who specialise in putting the frighteners on offenders outside the country where the alleged debt originated.
They are contracted to Ireland's National Road Authority through Co Kerry-based lawyers Pierse and Fitzgibbon to try to get people to cough up.
The Irish have been turning a blind eye to these charges since the toll booths were removed in 2008, but the authorities are trying to recoup more revenue.
I would ignore these muppets now and see how it pans out.0
