ORIGINAL broardband .THERAPY NEEDED.

Decided to switch from sky to original broard band. Payed line rent up front signed up got an email back to say payment accepted, This is the only email sent to me during the whole time.
Letter from sky to say switch over date is 22 feb.
BB cut of no phone either.
3.5 hours to get through to OBand cut of twice no supervisor to talk to, operator can only send email to upstairs no date of when i will be up and running and cannot send me email to confirm my conversation.
I then leave them appaled at customer service whey say money will be returned 7 to 10 working days , yet they took it instantly.
will not be sending an email confermation of this.
I then decide that CUSTOMER SERVICE is more important than best value
Plus net has provided me with this in the past. I have had 55 faults on the line in 15 years due to rural location farmers hedge cutting and a 29 pole count from the exchange.
Plus net now say theres a line INTSALLATION fee of 49.50 .
OBBand say its my fault for cancelling and to rejoin the next day they would also charge 49.99
Of to BT no charge for installation fee as its a BT line any way
exept they issue me with a new number:mad:
OBBand do not corespond Do not alow you to use the 0800 number at weekend. take 3.5 hrs to answer. flippant and bulish when they do.
on the cheap deals page on MSE there is no link to reveiws for OBB hmm
Or a link to cheap BB deal, truma therapy. GRRRRRRR
