I switched from Future Energy on 2nd August and they continued to take DD payments for three months I rang them 10th October and received a refund of the payments.
I am still awaiting my final bill and and over payment refund its now the 7th December, all I get is excuses, I have now given them 7 days to get it sorted or I will contact the ombudsman.0 -

Initial press statements at the time Future Energy started trading suggested that they had set an initial 80K customer target. Latest Press reports suggest that they only managed to attract about 10K. One has to wonder 'which supplier is next'? The sad thing is that we are all paying for these failures via the Consumer Levy.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
