Hello folks,
Is there a simple way to get Vodafone to comply with my request?
I have quite simply found a better deal and I would stay with them if they match it but so far they have not matched it nor given me my code.
Last night I was on that type talk and they agreed to text me my code. So far nothing, shall I just wait or can I hurry them along?

I'd think the dept that issues them only opened at 9.00. They'll be working through all the requests from last night now.0
