How many holiday days do you get?

Less than 15None - self employed get no paid days off... Christmas, Easter, nada.0

19-20Most slaves in the private sector get about 20. In the public sector, anything beyond that, which makes no sense to me, as work is work. Someone I know gets 33 days a year and her job is far from backbreaking that would require extra days rest. She works for the council. On that note, I rest my face...0

31-3433 days + 8 BH. Get a day's leave back if I work a BH, or half a day back if I'm on-call but not called in.
I am at that point where I could make quite a bit more moving into the private sector but I'm not prepared to compromise my leave! Salary is fine as it is, and the time off is priceless to me, even if I can't afford to go away.0 -

I now get 27 plus bank holidays, but get 9 bank and public holidays.
I know some places that get 12 public holidays.
There are only 8 bank/public holidays. If your work enforces other days off that is a separate thing.0 -
More than 35Work as management in retail, currently 7.6 weeks, so 38 days (including BH, although they're just taken as normal days off during the year). This is after 20 years though, the allowance grows with length of service.0

24 days a year inclusive.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

31-3431 days - 25 days annual leave and 6 days Christmas closure, plus Bank Holidays. I want to change jobs but the holidays and DB pension here are an attractive reason to stay (even if the management aren't!)0

OH gets six weeks plus bank holidays. He's private sector.0

Actually the minimum is 5.6 weeks.
If you are full time working 5 days a week, this works out to be 28 days.
but if you work less days a week, then you get less holidays. So someone can have less than 20 days and still be legal0
