Cavity Wall Help Please

Hi folks,

I had cavity wall installed about 4 years ago. It is a mess. I have been doing some research and tried to find who did it.

Any ideas how I find who the installer was? Tried the CIGA lot, they said there was no guarantee. I think I was on the Green Deal Scheme.

Any help would be great.
