It would make more sense if they looked into individual accounts that are not working to establish the possible errors in the process.

There's some good advice - Experian to check the details provided by users who can't log in to see why they failed. Even if they can't tell end users why the login failed, they can at least investigate themselves.

Ive been caught out on this too and there is absolutely NO way around getting this fixed!

I contacted the credit club and got told its not of there hands and Experience doesn't want to help.

So its just a blank wall for me.
