Don't understand why. I have checked the experian report I hold from last year to ensure my name, Dob, address (haven't moved since 2001) are all formatted correct and it says they have not been able to verify me!:mad:
Anything I can do?

I had the same thing happen - it seems the process is not quite thought out.
There seems to be no means to contact Credit Club to resolve the issue.0 -
What is this Experian?0

Hi Mobeer
The contact details for Credit Club are on our FAQs page.
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/creditclub/faq
We can attempt to provide assistance with general queries, but I'm afraid we have no access to your personal information, nor can we override Experian's verification process.
Perhaps the email confirmation message needs a little tweak to cover the scenario for where you've registered, but then not passed Experian's verification stage. Thanks for flagging.0 -

Dan,
I have logged into Experian and checked that my verification details match theirs 100% but it's still not working - any ideas?0 -
Hi Anna_1977
Given you're able to access your Experian profile, it'd suggest that there's a matching problem here. We've had a small number of users in this same situation and it's frustrating but to ensure your personal details are kept secure, we simply don't have the reason as to why you failed, nor are Experian able to tell you why.
This means that you'll unfortunately be unable to register for Credit Club which I appreciate is disappointing. The techies at MSE and Experian are working hard to improve how the matching up works, but as you may imagine with lots of data, this can be a little challenging.

Hi MSE Dan L
I have the same problem as anna_1977 - tried checking all details and there are no discrepancies, plus I can obtain my Experian credit report (using the same details) when I go direct.
I understand there's nothing I can do, but wanted to mention I'm having the same issue.

Any news on this fix? Having the same problem - matching data exactly with my Experian account and still no verification. Something is definitely wrong with the verification process.
It would make more sense if they looked into individual accounts that are not working to establish the possible errors in the process.
