Pass n Go Driving School complaint

Hi, hope someone can help me out with this. After 4 months of issues with PNG, I sent a formal complaint in earlier this month (6th) after an earlier informal has been unresolved.. I was promised a response within 5 working days. When this didn't appear, I chased up , only the company has had a huge system failure which has resulted in them losing (according to their Facebook feed) 2000 customers booking details. They are going through the process of manually sorting each customer out - no idea where their backup is - but aren't answering messages or phones in the meantime. My complaint has somehow got lost in the middle of this, despite sending follow up emails.
Can anyone advise where I can go from here? Should I wait out longer or is it worth seeking advice from somewhere? There are a lot of angry customers due to this and apparantly PNG are flatly refusing to refund people, even when driving tests have had to be cancelled at the last minute. I'm seeking a partial refund of the amount I have paid them, if that's relevant? Thanks for any help - you can probably tell I'm completely new to this!

When did you book?
How did you book?
When and how did you pay?
Have you got proof of the contract? Is your contract with them or with a driver (as is sometimes the case with driving schools)?
What is your complaint? Partial refund for what?0 -
I bought an intensive course in September, several hundred pounds paid on credit card. The contract is with PNG who then assign an instructor. I dont have a copy of the contract, despite requesting this several times. All booking is done via an online calendar and PNG pays the instructor.
The contract stated that I needed to complete the course within 6 months, however, I have been mucked around by my instructor, cancelling lessons at last minute (my former complaint), etc. and messing with my test. After my instructor wouldn't respond to me after messing with my test, I wrote the formal complaint as I believe he was purposefully obstructing my progress. I'm asking for a refund of my remaining hours, which is less than £150 and which I don't think unreasonable?0
