Credit Rating changed after free access Equifax

  • Quite agree. I'm lucky I do not have to apply for a loan. mortgage or card but for some it could be disastrous if Credit Reports get their facts wrong as Equifax does.. I'm battling out of principle and will take further steps. Will even go to court to make dure they get their facts about me corrected.

    Equifax does not like beinjg corrected. I had trouble with them 2008-9 and now for the past year. Experian is excellent and all is as it should be. Put Equifax out of business. Don't use them. If a firnm relies upon their report ask the firm to check with Experian.

    Good luck with those requests, by all means boycott those banks which use them, but if they do it'll be nigh on impossible for them to override for one customer.
