Virgin Internet Problem in SK8 area

I am just wondering if anyone is having lose of connection (keep saying cable unplugged) every so many minutes in SK8 area since yesterday. Trying to ring Virgin media on 0906212111 but no answer.

I'm down in Devon and this is only the second time I've got onto the Internet in days. I'm on here looking to see if other people are having problems too. It's been slower than dial up a lot of the time. I'm getting ready to ring them to complain and get them to either give me a refund or let me out of my contract.0
