Letter for parking, is this an LBCCC?

Just had another letter from Wright Hassall. I'm not to concerned, and dont think it is an LBCCC. But thought i'd check here if possible.
"FORMAL LETTER OF CLAIM
We have been instructed by ZZPS limited on behalf of the car park operator.
Payment is now long overdue. If the debt is not repaid within 14 days of the date of this letter, we anticipate being instructed to comment county court proceedings. If necessary, court costs (etc etc).
If a CCJ is obtained against you blah blah."
Thats about it
seems tame 0 -
Again, that is only a debt collector letter from ZZPS, so ignore it but do forbid them from calling/texting if they try that again.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks very much. If I do finally get a proper threat in the way of an LBCCC should I ask about it here? Or is there a separate thread?0

Wright Hassall have a split personality, one day they are Wright Hassall, next day they are ZZPS ..... It's a bit like Goofy and Donald Duck.
It's all part of a scammers charade
Of course what the letter failed to tell you, is that there is no debt until a judge decides and they face costs when they fail
This fakery is something that Trading Standards should look at seriously.0 -

Yep ask about it here after reading the Small Claim section of the NEWBIES thread (at the weekend I separated it into post #2 of that sticky, on its own).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
