VCS Parking - CCCF Letter Received - Defence helped needed

  • All of Saarchy's fellow employees need to immediately write to the parking company offering a "drop hands" settlement (or indeed some modest sum for defence costs to date), failing which they will defend, win and seek unreasonable costs given that the claimant is aware from council plans and an adverse judgment that they have been ticketing public land.

Saarchy, do this - you need to spread the word! WELL DONE! :j

If you do get a transcript, it will help all others about this car park, including the 4 you know about, so that would be fantastic if you did. I am sure when he is around, the Parking Prankster might be interested in blogging about this one, and in hosting your transcript when you get it, since it demolishes VCS' case and includes an award for punitive costs for unreasonableness.

Lamilad will love to read about this one - and we can add it to the BW Legal failures thread!

Thanks all! I've contacted a friend who still works at the company and advised him such. He'll pass the word on to the others and hopefully they'll follow up and get their cases dismissed.

I'm going to wait until VCS pay up, and then I'll use the proceeds to get a copy of the transcript.

Brilliant report, Saarchy and an even more brilliant result.

I was saying on another thread the other day that I cannot believe Excel/VCS, seemingly, do not fit the bill of a 'vexatious litigant'

It is outrageous and maddening that they bring these utterly meritless claims to the courts, putting innocent people through months of stress and time consuming work.

The fact they are regularly b*llocked by angry judges for their conduct of litigation yet continue to act in the same - with impunity - is even more infuriating.
