If you left because of the March price rise then almost certainly not.0

I thought that ant equipment that you got from Sky , you had bought it and it belonged to you ?make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
That is normally correct BUT if it was a router supplied as part of Sky Q then that is only loaned0

Best bet is to hang on to it and see if they ask. Don't just bin it as ISPs can ask stupid amounts fro non-returned kit.0

They may require equipment, that is not Q, back if you leave before the first minimum term is over, (unless there has been a recontract, so not the original minimum term) as the freebie is part of the first 12 month contract.
I recall people commenting on having to send back BT modems, when leaving early.0 -
From clause 3(c) of "SKY BROADBAND AND SKY TALK Terms and Conditions From December 2016":
"If you take Sky Broadband with any Sky Q subscription package and we supply a Sky Q Wireless Router, this will remain our property at all times (unless ownership transfers to you under Condition 3(e)) - please see `The agreement for the loan of Sky Q boxes and the Sky Q hub’ in your Sky Q contracts booklet for the terms under which Sky loans the Sky Q Wireless Router to you. If you take Sky Broadband with any other Sky TV package or without Sky TV, your Wireless Router (except the software in it) will become your property on delivery."

Becareful as you have to phone sky to cancel, even though they say you can do it by chat or email. Keep all chat records and watch your accountsDo you want your money back, and a bit more, search for 'money claim online' - They don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring0

Stick the router in a cupboard in case you're asked for it. Its locked to Sky so no use for any other ISP.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Ask them to send you a recycle pack and post it back to them.
