Fined £85 - ironically less than most parking charges for a couple of minutes overstay, or having a wheel touch a white line. Sadly no discount for early payment! Karma, or what? Couldn't have happened to a nicer bloke.

    F*cking pervert!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

How does this work, do you put the camera on a stick, I had to do similar in Dar es Salaam, but I was looking under my car for bombs.

The defendant was then seen with his hand in his right pocket, fiddling with something.

“The witness believed he was trying to get the phone out to delete some of the images

Perhaps there was something else he was fiddling with, completely innocently?

I've had that done to me in Norfolk and Scotland, and Rutland.

In one of the newspaper reports it said he was sitting down with his 'phone in his hand below the level of a lady's skirt.

I thought of making a comment about changing his previous nickname of Trouserfire, but I think the offence is too serious to make a joke about.

I take it you have never been the victim of a sexual offence then.
