After eight years as CEO of the BPA, Patrick Troy has tendered his resignation for personal reasons and with immediate effect.
The BPA Board has appointed Andrew Pester, previously Chief Operating Officer, as interim CEO until a permanent appointment is made. With over seventeen years of experience in management roles, Andrew will ensure a seamless transition and strong leadership.

I wouid suggest that this is not sudden , as they have managed to arrange a board meeting and appoint a new intrim CEO0 -
Tears are rolling down my cheeks.

:rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Does this mean that they are changing over to 'seamless' trousers rather than ones on fire ?0 -
We will have to see if Troy's successor continues to treat motorists with utter contempt.
Maybe he was sacked due to his very poor performance0 -
