I received a reply from the ANPR company.
Point 1 was answered (who is party contracted with)
Point 2 wasn't answered (based on damages yes/no?)
Point 3, no photos of signs provided, although did reply there was adequate signage.
Point 4, no more photos provided although some already sent with the PCN.
Point 5 about synchronised cameras was ignored.
Re DPA, they claim that they had reasonable cause to contact the DVLA.
They have highlighted Schedule4 of the POFA act 2012, I have Googled it but don't fully understand it.

Iin similar situation, overstayed in Lidl by 17 minutes and have credit card transaction details for £27.20 spend.
Could someone please confirm Lidl CEO email address to use or steer me to link on site where this info already detailed. Google gives me info below for UK MD but would just like to confirm
