BT phone/internet price increase for businesses

Hi,

We are a small business and have phone line rental and unlimited infinity broadband with BT on a 12 month contract.

I found out that they are raising the cost of their line rental from 1st Mar for businesses here: https://business.bt.com/content/dam/bt/business/PDFs/Pricing/BT-Business-Phone-Line-Price-Increase-1%20March%202017.pdf

However I am not sure if they are raising the prices for the internet as I can't find any info online relating to businesses. When I called them to ask they said it will rise from £40 to £43 per month from 1st Mar.

They have not sent me any 30 day notice yet to inform me that they are raising the prices but they said that I should receive it before 1st Mar.

- Can I move our phone and internet to another provider without penalty if I don't receive this notice before 1st Mar?

- Is it possible to terminate only the internet and keep the BT phone line without penalty? (i won't move the internet to anyone else, just cancel it)

I was just looking back at my old bills and I found a notification in the front of my bill from 18 Jan 2017, but I do not think the notification has enough information as required by Ofcom.

    This is it:

It refers me to a link on the BT site for more information, but in Ofcom's guidance it says:

    https://www.ofcom.org.uk/__data/assets/pdf_file/0027/29682/guidance.pdf

My termination rights are not made clear in the notification in the bill, I need to follow a link to find out. So is their notification on my bill not compliant with Ofcom?
