Given many of us virtue signal when asked would we pay higher taxes for NHS, Community Care, Dementia etc etc, presumably many of us look forward to higher tax announcements?

I would absolutely pay more tax for the NHS. Have been saying it for years.

Pension contribution tax relief set at 30% for all. Won't have an immediate impact, but will incentivise people to think about saving for the longer term.

Crack-down on sham self employment. Increase in personal allowance. Penny off a pint. More money for social care.

Fully expect a 'steady as she goes' budget.

could you not do this already by opting to use private healthcare where you can, even if its not all the time?

    Reverse S24
Change the +3% additional stamp duty to a +5% additional stamp duty which would cover the cost of reversing S24 and more directly impact the supposed aims of the recent tax changes

If they re-introduced tax relief on private medical premiums, we would consider it.

I would really rather pay more tax so that everyone can have decent healthcare, not just me.

You want tax reductions (alcohol and personal allowance) but at the same time more money for social care??
