Renewed contract with CPW Loyalty - No Redemption Vouchers?

I had a CPW/O2 contract through e2save which I've just renewed on a new sim-only 12 month contract, directly through CPW loyalty. The customer service agent who arranged the renewal said the cashback would be by redemption at months 4, 8, and 12 via vouchers that would follow within 7 days.

Two weeks down the line, I've been sent a replacement sim, but no vouchers, and I've now been told by CPW that I just need to send the bills (the customer service agent told me which ones were needed) to the Dunstable redemptions department.

According to him, CPW loyalty redemptions work on a no-voucher system, but he wasn't sure if a copy or original was needed but suggested I send the original just in case.

I requested (and got) an email confirming the amount of cashback when I renewed, which also clearly states there's no time limit for sending in the specified bills. Also the cashback details were easily accessed and confirmed on the system when I called them the second time.

But does anyone else have a similar arrangement on renewing through CPW loyalty on a 12 month sim-only deal?

Ive just done same. The thing they sent me was rubbish its got no info but contradicts them on the booklet it says send bill 4 and 8 when I phoned they want 4, 8, 12. They also changed my package before billing which is no worry me whether e2save will mess me about with my cash back

I also have a "loyalty" deal. get 750 xnet offpeak mins, they have already loaded the years worth of line rental (£300) onto my account.
If it is a no redemption needed deal then call them and check the balance on your account, should be a strong indicator
    SLC: £13000+

    Quidco
    : £
    131.24 (paid) + £0 (validated) = £131.24
    Valued Opinions
    : £75 (paid) + £52.30 (received) + £4.50 (pending) = £131.80
    StudentPanel: £25

I was offered the £300 credit but went for the £480 cashback instead (it makes it a £0 contract over 12 months). It just seems weird theres no paperwork involved.

I've made a note of all the details and the email itself so hopefully that should be enough.
