ID mobile rollover gigs
Options
I have just recently took a contract out with ID mobile for a iPhone 6. When I found the deal on compare the market it said it came with roll over gigs and then said the same when I got redirected to the ID website. I took the contract but the day after my old network contacted me and offered me the same phone with 1gb of data more and £4 cheaper a month. After careful consideration I stayed with Id mobile due to their roll over gigs offer. After my first bill I noticed the gigs hadn't rolled over and after a lengthy phone conversation I got told that the rollover gigs didn't come with that phone but the offer of free phone calls abroad. I explained to him that I have only been abroad twice in the last 5 years and I have no intention of going this year or next so will not benefit me in any way.
I'm now out of the cooling off period and stuck in a contract with 1GB less data and £4 a month more than i could have had with my old provider. Is there any way I can get out of this contract or make them honour what was originally offered (got no proof, just my word against theirs, but why would I turn down a cheaper and better contract?)
Thanks in advance for your help.

Without proof, no. You should always take care to print out the terms of the contract at the point of sale. Compare the market made money out of you and information on their website may have been inaccurate or unclear.0

Looking on the iD web site, it looks like the iPhone 6s is only offered with the "Takeaway" (roaming) SIM, yet the iPhone SE has the "Rollover" SIM.
Looks like you are stuffed for 2 years, or whatever the contract term is.
iD seem to have one of the most complex collection of SIM deals of any network, no idea why anyone would bother with them - especially as they aren't cheap.0
