    How have you got on OP?
    Sometimes people go for an 'offers over' price, eg offers over £300k. That would help if it took it into the search result listings for people who wouldn't see it at the higher price, but still might have a few quid over the amount the search results give, eg their actual available budget might be £310 but the search results go to £300k so they tend to stick there.
