I have always had mine between 14 and 16th of the month. No sign this month so far!

They normally send the confirmation email several days later - why not the same day?

    Have you asked them?

I haven't had mine yet either, last month I got the reward on the 17th so I think it maybe tomorrow.

I've had an email saying mine's been paid. Which is odd since my account was closed two weeks ago.

Maybe you're still entitled as it relates to previous month's transactions. CAVEAT I haven't read T&Cs recently - just speculating:p

No email here but mine has been credited.
  • Mine showing today (17th) but dated 16th. No email, yet.

I called them up and they said the money would be redirected to the new account. No sign of it here.

I'll give it a few days and think about how much I care about £4.

  • Quick question on the rewards. The account isn't my main account so it won't have my salary going in to it. So I'll be SO £800 in to it each month.
Question is, can it go straight in, then out again, to meet the requirement? Or is it best letting the clock tick over in to the next day, before moving back?

You can take it out on the day it arrives and still get the reward.

Did in March, won't in April
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
