    Went in on 15th for joint account however nothing went in my sole account. Has anyone received everyday rewards for your joint and sole?

    Has anyone had their Co-op Everyday Reward this month? In February, mine appeared on the 15th. Sorry for asking but it wouldn't be the first time that some account holders have been missed out in error.

    At least BoS/TSB/Halifax/Lloyds are consistent with dates. Co-op are all over the place....

    I have always had mine between 14 and 16th of the month. No sign this month so far!

    They normally send the confirmation email several days later - why not the same day?
