I cannot find the thread where a question to Vat being charged to 1899 was answered, though I disticntly remember that the answer was that Vat is included in calls,I just received the bill on my email and it goes
Please find attached your 1899 invoice and call specification. This amount will automatically be debited from your account.
Payment is handled by Bibit and the name Bibit may appear on your bank/card statement. Depending on the issuing bank payments may also be shown as Finarea or Connect Telecom.
Total (excl. VAT)
VAT (17.5%)
Grand Total (incl. VAT)
£ 30.38
£ 5.32
£ 35.70
I didnt know we would be charged Vat on top of the calls,if anyone uses 1899 would you confirm please?or would you please direct me to the thread all this is addressed?
Also if we face any problems with 1899 is there no other way than email to address the problem?
Much Thanks in advance

The prices quoted on there website are inclusive of VAT,so your invoice is just breaking down the figure for tax purposes.
No there is no other way to contact them other then E.Mail.(Martin,MSE, does have a mobile phone number for them, for emergency use.)
Go to the excellent site https://www.saynoto0870.com. Visit the cheap call providers forum, and read the postings entitled WHO IS BEHIND 18866? ,(there sister company.)I hope this will enable you to understand the situation a bit better.PF.0
