One of the cheapest providers at first impression.
However my experience has been poor, it seems when I took the contract I was upgraded to a contract including cal divert, which it seems is a 24mth contract not a 12. There is no engineer support, you have to pay if the line has an issue, the broadband seems to be very unreliable, often not there at all for hrs at a time, and often very slow. They have been told and are not interested in assisting. Additional charges for withholding payment when there a dispute over the invoice amount to £20 a time. Contract cancellation fees high. And they unbundle the lines at the exchange onto their own network, there is a £150 charge when you wish to leave and go to another network. Steer clear in my opinion....they do not negotiate a compromise but stick to ruthless charging regimes.
