I think it remains to be seen what will happen
At the moment several UK networks actually have cheaper roaming than the regulations define, or than the home tariff, so if they get pedantic or stroppy they could actually put prices up for some customers.0 -
Yes I read a long thread on Digital Spy about it. If you do a speed test it usually shows a speed of between 3-5Mps which should be more than enough for most things. But I could not even listen to the radio or download a podcast.
Three are sneaky, they whitelist speedtests so they aren't throttled like normal use.====0 -
