I must confess to being surprised any time anyone puts up a "Should I buy this house?" thread - as it draws the attention of other potential housebuyers to it and one of them might nip in and offer on it.0 -

I didn't feel too bothered which probably means it wasn't the right one? It did have a lot going for it but even after the offer my gut feeling was uncertain!0 -

One of the windows is boarded up at rear. I would be worried it was a drunken so and so from the club. I would not want to pay that price to live there.0
