Has TalkTalk Mobile switched to using the O2 network yet?

The reason I ask is because I can get a free TalkTalk Mobile sim due to my landline and Broadband being provided by TalkTalk, but it needs to be able to work in my O2 locked iPhone 5S.
Does anyone know if TalkTalk Mobile sims work in O2 locked phones yet?

TalkTalk currently use the Vodafone network.
O2 will unlock Pay Monthly phones for free. If you're on Pay As You Go, they'll unlock it for £15 as long as the phone has been used on O2 for a year.0 -
The phone is an O2 PAYG phone but has never been used on the O2 network (only ever been used on GiffGaff). It's also only 7 months since it was purchased.0

They've not switched yet and there's no guarantee they ever will given this has been ongoing for over a year.0
