BT - Internet Keeps Going Off.

Had this problem since start of December. The speed is so slow that often can't even read emails.
Keep phoning BT up but getting very hacked off with this as I am phoning up three times a week on average & being told the same old rubbish. Plenty of others in this area experiencing the same issues.
Live in a very rural area & no other options for a different provider. Seems that since laying fibre optic cables there has been a mess up & BT won't own up that they need to upgrade the exchange & getting told all sorts of excuses which don't add up.
Now being told that BT will let me out of my contract! But I can't get another provider I don't think.
I'm paying for a service that I am not getting & a letter came today to say they are putting up charges.

There is a good chance you can get Plusnet and perhaps Sky. Have a look on samknows.
