I thought I’d search the MSE forum for the word in the title. I was a little surprised I got no matches. For an easily digestable summary of the Usmanov issue, see Usmanov and Friends. This is part of a Radio 5 Live broadcast.

As a public space, the MSE forum is exposed to the same risks. I know that Martin has made his legal position clear. However, the hardware and Internet connection for MSE website and forum appear to be provided by The Bunker Secure Hosting Ltd. If The Bunker Secure Hosting Ltd were carpet bombed with “takedown notices” relating to MSE material, would they simply decide to pull the plug on the whole of MSE?
