New Contract with T-Mobile

Hi, I'm getting a new phone, I hope to stay with T-Mobile (their mobile internet seems to be cheapest, and I use a lot!) and want an N95 on a £30 a month contract, O2 offer this, so, can anyone give me any advice specific to T-Mobile that will help me get the best possible deal (my current contract is a 25% discount on Flext 30, so paying £22.50 for that and then £7.50 for my web&walk)

There's a whole thread on getting the best out of these guys if you search - and as you are with them already they will not give you the same kind of deal they would a new customer. You will lose that 25% discount when you renew. However, if you log in online or call them up they will probably offer you £10 or £15 off a month for the duration of your new contract, and you'll have to haggle on the price of the N95 - don't expect it to be cheap.

You'll get the best possible deal by asking for a PAC and going through to disconnections. The retention team have the power to do deals whereas the usual CS reps don't. HTH.

Hi Sid, I've tried having a look and can't seem to find a thread on T-Mobile negotiations, could you possibly suply a link? I've already got all the ammo I need to get the N95 free (O2 offer it free on their £30 a month contracts, which compare well to a Flext 35 tariff).

I'll have some more scouting around to see if i can find any other contracts which I can get them to beat... Not sure anything will really beat the O2 offer though...
