Opinion/Review Required

Hi there, I have been asked to install an ACR Hopwood Multi-Fuel Stove, the client has asked my opinion on it first, unfortunately, I cannot find any reviews, has anyone out there had any experience of fitting or using this stove?

Why not tell your client the thruth.
i.e. you have no opinion of it as you have no previous experience of this Stove.

Your client was seeking your opinion of it, not hearsay from anonymous sources (possibly passed off as your own opinion).

At least the OP had the integrity to ask. Some of the stove resellers I've encountered would have just made up an answer - usually an answer that promoted whatever they were trying to sell.

I think it would be fair to point out to the consumer that as you haven't fitted one, you have no direct experience of the stove, nor faith in reviews from others who may have had their stove fitted poorly.

Stoves perform only as well as the circumstances of their installation allow.

If the purchaser had asked your advice first, I'm sure you would have made recommendations, but no stove installer can know about all the models now available.
