They should be able to give you an update on what is happening to your local mast site.
Yes, this is mostly why I've stayed with them for so long. As I said above, though, they keep giving me a rolling 7-day completion and it still won't be fixed before 20 Feb, which is 20 days without service. And they didn't even know there was a problem with the mast until I reported it.spendy/she/her ***DEBT-FREE DATE: 11 NOVEMBER 2022!*** Highest debt: £35k (2006) MY WINS: £3,541 CASH; £149 Specsavers voucher; free eye test; goody bag from Scottish Book Trust; tickets to Grand Designs Live; 2-year access to Feel Amazing App (worth £100); Home Improvement & Renovation Show tickets; £50 to spend on chocolate; Harlem Globetrotters tickets; Jesus Christ Superstar tickets + 2 t-shirts; Guardians of the Galaxy goody bag; Birmingham City v Barnsley FC tickets; Marillion tickets; Dancing on Ice tickets; Barnsley FC v Millwall tickets0 -
Im with 3 and had some issues with signal in my area. After calling up they had it fixed within a week. Have you ever had good signal at your address or is this a recent issue?
Im shocked they haven't had an engineer out to look at the problem.
"their local mast has been down since 31 January"
It is in the original post, although where 28 days of no signal comes from I'm not sure.0 -

They said after 28 days of no signal I could be released from my contract, but not before, with this 60/40% offer.spendy/she/her ***DEBT-FREE DATE: 11 NOVEMBER 2022!*** Highest debt: £35k (2006) MY WINS: £3,541 CASH; £149 Specsavers voucher; free eye test; goody bag from Scottish Book Trust; tickets to Grand Designs Live; 2-year access to Feel Amazing App (worth £100); Home Improvement & Renovation Show tickets; £50 to spend on chocolate; Harlem Globetrotters tickets; Jesus Christ Superstar tickets + 2 t-shirts; Guardians of the Galaxy goody bag; Birmingham City v Barnsley FC tickets; Marillion tickets; Dancing on Ice tickets; Barnsley FC v Millwall tickets0 -

(Just interesting to still watch, perhaps ...)
It was rejected by the European Commission and also by the UK authorities (OFCOM and the CMA) about midway through 2016, its dead and buried.
