Hi, took out 12 month contract last october for 17.40 line rental and free bb.
I had email informing me that bb was going to be 2.50 and line rental 18.90.
Called them and they say best they can offer is line rental back to 17.40 but still 2.50 for bb on 18 month contract
Is this as good as I'm likely to get with them. I see folks on here paying less
Thanks
ps are ee any good ?

I got £1.59 monthly discount to bring the line rental back to £17.40 plus £48 credit to account for the higher call rates, my BB is still free. Same 18 month contract.Hi, took out 12 month contract last october for 17.40 line rental and free bb.

Thanks Colin, did you speak to retentions dept ? If so how do you get through to them. The person I spoke to said 19.90 was best they could do
( I don't have calls deal as I use mobiles )

I first phoned them then tried chat, I wrote a letter to the complaints dept (not heard back but I'd done a deal just after I sent it) and finally got a deal on chat again. I didn't say it was easyThanks Colin, did you speak to retentions dept ? If so how do you get through to them. The person I spoke to said 19.90 was best they could do

I don't have a calls package either, in fact the £48 credit will cover our calls for the 18 month contract.0
