For the past 18 months my wife has been paying for 3 rescue plan without realising.

She asked for no insurance, however its been there for £12.40 a month.

Anyone had experience of this being added to your bill without your knowledge? Potential to reclaim? Or put it down as lessons learnt and check your statements.

I would just like to add that she has two contracts with 3. One for her phone and one other. She believed that the £61 coming from her account was for both of these contracts. In fact it is £49 and £12 insurance with the other contract for £12 coming from our joint account.

That explains how you can be paying for something without realising. But yes had we spent about 25 seconds looking at her statements about 18 months ago we wouldn't be in this situation.
