Well the first thing that comes up if you google "Sastrad" is a problem from last year:

You bought from abroad and paid with 'cash', so you are relying on reputation and good will here to get your money back!

You made a money transfer rather than making a financial transaction for named goods. Basically, you "gifted" him the money and therefore have no recourse to the Bank.0 -
