Do I have a CCJ? Help!

I'm pretty sure I had to enter my address history when I registered for the Credit Club as I haven't been at this address for very long, but could be wrong as it was some time ago.

Also, I didn't register with Experian directly, it was just the information I could see when I clicked through to my credit report from Credit Club (if that makes sense).

Odd. The 2 CCJ's show when I go into the Experian credit report using the link on your page.

In the club, does your satisfied CCJ show on your full credit report within the club under "Public Record Information"?

I think there might be an issue with the indicator on the clubs home page dashboard not showing your CCJ info correctly.

So based on your info, your full credit report in the club is showing the CCJ but the indicator on the main home page of the club is not?

I'm beginning to think there's an issue here with this indicator:

If this is the case, are you able to email us on creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com and we can look into this further for you. As you can imagine, we're unable to recreate this on our end so your help would be appreciated!

Yes, it shows under 'Public Record Information', but not on the main page (your screen shot below shows what I can see on the main page word for word).

Hi all

If you're seeing these discrepancies between your report in Credit Club and the Credit Club dashboard, please can you send us your report number (found at the top of the Credit Report tab) and screenshots to creditclub@moneysavingexpert.com.

We'll then be able to ask Experian to look into this for you.

Alternatively you can raise this directly with Experian via the 'need some help' button on the relevant section of your Credit Report.
