    ok i've made a new cake just wish i could take photo's this time i made 2 one for me and one for a frien that aint doing too good ...i used rikki's recipe for carrot cake and although i havnt eaten any yet it smells lovely just waiting for them to cool so i can do the icing and delivery

    Well, here's my carrot cake I've just made for me mate, coz he feeds Spaghetti when I'm not here, and helps me build greenhouses. :D

    Photo makes it look darker than it is.

    A greenhouse building friend must come in handy MrBE. For all those greenhouses you have to build. :p

    A friend of mine mentioned she likes parkin, so have made her one tonight. I have also made our mam and dad a christmas cake.

    Pic of parkin is underneath .. not got one of the christmas cake yet tho because its just come out of the oven lol
