It's a planning condition, so details should be with the local authority and may be on their web site. They will certainly know and be able to deal with any enquiries in this regard, but it's up to you whether you contact them direct, dependng on your attitude and intentions toward any AOC.0 -
Mick111 would you share who your high street lender is as I’m currently trying to remortgage my own woolaway bungalow and struggling to find a lender!0

Mick1111 just wondering if you went ahead with purchasing the property? We are also in the process of purchasing a Woolaway bungalow which has been extended on both sides (your description sounds extremely similar to ours which could be a complete coincidence). We are learning a lot about Woolaway but the sellers are currently against obtaining a PRC Certificate which is required by our lender and we are currently trying to gather information as to if any repairs have been done or if it’s time to walk away. Would just be interested in hearing your experience and your outcome. Thanks in advance!0
