Surely, Excel/VCS/BWLegal and SRS have emptied all smoking barrels now and in future if they keep up the rubbish, they will be firing duds.

The courts know about this scam now and there is nothing more this wild bunch can add, nothing more they can say.

Jake Burgess who is a legal ???? with Excel fails so badly in court

Logic says that BWLegal should walk away from Excel/VCS because they are losers and nobody in their right mind backs a loser

Of course Excel could become more of a laughing stock if they use Gladstones

Would WH entertain the antics of Excel/VPS ???

    Only time will tell

DJ Iyer was the one who ruled on the Spinningfields case back in November

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2016/11/es-parking-lose-spinningfields-case.html

He must be getting fed up of all these identical cases coming to court when he has already ruled on the issue.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 has this to say.

71 Duty of court to consider fairness of term
    (2) The court must consider whether the term is fair even if none of the parties to the proceedings has raised that issue or indicated that it intends to raise it.

So once he has ruled on one case on the fairness or otherwise, he is duty bound to consider it in all other similar cases.

I don't know what's happened but the "Fight your private parking invoice" thread seems to have disappeared off FB. Yesterday I couldn't read it as it was asking me to apply to join the group.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
