Hi guys,
Not under contract with Sky for ANYTHING right now but have just been letting a couple of 'promotional' offers run out.
Basically, this time last year I had a BT fault on my telephone line, which, after about a month of sending out various engineers, BT eventually (without telling me!) decided to move my line onto a different cabinet and in the process of doing so, lose me my existing number... I don't particularly use a landline but I went mental at them (Sky) anyway and I ended up getting a year of fibre unlimited for half price, free line rental and a few other little extra's - I probably could have pushed for more but anyway...
So how should I approach things this time round? My bill (TV, phone and Broadband) is about £80 and I want to make a saving
Your thoughts?
Thanks.
