UK break to gather family members South West

Can anyone recommend somewhere for Whit week, in the South/ or South West England -hoping to get about 14 family members together, including some children, so would like some activities, maybe a pool, rather than just a house in the middle of nowhere.

Thanks Springdreams, have heard of the Manor house, Trip Advisor has very mixed reviews, so was a bit undecided.

Hadn't thought of a youth hostel Judy, will check it out, thanks.

If the kids are up to around 12 they may well like Legoland and Windsor is lovely. You can get packages and we've stayed at the Beaumont Estate hotel which has a pool and was fine.

As a location around Bath is good, the town is lovely as is spa plus can get to Longleat, Wookey Hole for kids. Where we stayed was a house but just for 4 so don't know accommodation.
