you find out who the actual landowner or M.A. is and you complain to them and insist on a cancellation

the pcn number , the parking company details and the fact you have received this speculative and spurious invoice as KEEPER of the vehicle and that as an OCCUPANT of the vehicle you were a paying customer on the day and they had already agreed toi cancel the charge with the parking company , months ago

So i went into McDonald's,the manager took a letter with my email and phone number and said she would call me when shes asked them to cancel it.
She did call me a few hours later to tell me she had called and told them to cancel it, HOWEVER now i have another letter saying i have to pay £150 or else they will advise their client to go to court.0 -
