My situation:
I have a TSB Platinum, still well within the initial 20 month interest-free on spending period (12 months to go), which is around it's £4.5k limit. I'm getting £5 per month cashback for spending £500, paying down the balance by a corresponding amount.
I've received a mailer through my door from Barclaycard, offering a fee-free balance transfer and 0% for 17 months, which I'm tempted to do. It would be my first BT, so can I please check:
1) Is Barclaycard as good as any other card for free-free BT's &/or would I be missing out on other offers (cashback/rewards, etc.) by taking up their offer?
2) What sort of limit could one expect from Barclaycard on an offer such as this - assuming very good credit rating, with good affordability, no missed payments, etc. etc.? Would it likely be circa the TBS limit or higher? I'd not want to waste an application if a low limit was to be expected.
3) If I BT from TSB, would that affect the existing interest-free period &/or cashback on that card? i.e. can I start a slow stooze again from a zero starting balance, or would that effectively kill the TSB account?
4) Other than not making any new spends on the BT card and making minimum payments, are there any other obvious things that I need to keep in mind?
I hope that all makes sense. Any pointers would be appreciated.

2) I'd say higher, based on the £12K limit they gave me last year (whilst carrying a good bit of stoozing debt elsewhere). Then again, it could have been because I earn a lot more than you? In short, who knows!
3) No effect on the TSB deal.
4) Barclaycard minimums are 2.25%, whereas TSB are 1%? That'll deplete your stooz pot somewhat.0
