Hiya, I'm pretty new to this so my apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place.
I've recently moved home and was looking around for a home broadband supplier and after phoning a few companies Sky Q offered the best deal - pay £25 over the phone and then £22.50 per month for 12 months. I queried this offer as it sounded too good to be true - internet, phone &tv all for just £22.50 !! I was assured that this offer was correct so i paid the £25 installation charge and low and behold 4 days later everything was up & running.So far so good.....or not! They have taken £106.23 by direct debit for my first bill, the next bill is estimated at £96 and the bill after that is £89!! I rang them yesterday and after being passed from pillar to post was told to expect a phone call on Monday afternoon as they would have to listen to the recording of the conversation between myself and the person who joined me up.

Was it actually Sky you spoke to? What was the telephone number you phoned to initially subscribe?
Online the minimum price right now is £40.41 (plus the price rise shortly) with a 1 off £54.95 cost for basic TV/Line rental & capped fibre so something doesn't add up.0
