SkyQ

Hiya, I'm pretty new to this so my apologies if I'm posting in the wrong place.
I've recently moved home and was looking around for a home broadband supplier and after phoning a few companies Sky Q offered the best deal - pay £25 over the phone and then £22.50 per month for 12 months. I queried this offer as it sounded too good to be true - internet, phone &tv all for just £22.50 !! I was assured that this offer was correct so i paid the £25 installation charge and low and behold 4 days later everything was up & running. So far so good.....or not! They have taken £106.23 by direct debit for my first bill, the next bill is estimated at £96 and the bill after that is £89!! I rang them yesterday and after being passed from pillar to post was told to expect a phone call on Monday afternoon as they would have to listen to the recording of the conversation between myself and the person who joined me up.

  • Was it actually Sky you spoke to? What was the telephone number you phoned to initially subscribe?

Online the minimum price right now is £40.41 (plus the price rise shortly) with a 1 off £54.95 cost for basic TV/Line rental & capped fibre so something doesn't add up.
